What is your turnaround time?
I ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship, and I’m not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority shipping and UPS are available at an additional cost.
What is your shipping process?
My turnaround time I ask that you please allow at least 7-14 business days and I strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of your product, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing. That being said, I stand behind everything I sell, and your satisfaction is my TOP priority. If you are not in love with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution Please be sure to double check that your address is correct on your invoice.
